MSD is company with great people and culture, loads of overseas opportunities which will give you great exposure to different kind of organizations/divisions.

Cons

Increasing volume and complexity of workload without any additional resources to support current employees is definitely a challenge. The company offers a lot of programs that support personal development but its hard to find time to participate.

Department feels excluded from the rest of the UK subsidiary (due to not being part of human health), there are sometimes months without having any work, SOPS and systems are changing too frequently.
