      Pros

      There are opportunities for rotation. Management pay close attention to safety and personal development of employees.

      Cons

      When issues over workload are highlighted, management listens but does little to improve the situation. Company keeps on taking more project without improving the infrastructure and facilities. Bonus is pegged to performance but increment is not. Increment barely keeps us with inflation rate.

      Great Corporation with good benefits. Clean facility. Friendly people.

      Cons

      Fall into the wrong spot and you will struggle. Incompetent management . High turnover rate for a top-notch company.
