      Pros

      I am amazed at the Talent Development program of my new company. For MSD, developing talent from within is not lip service. A robust talent development program is in place from the field force to management level, and opportunities to grow their career is truly given first to internal before looking outside

      Cons

      Branding practices not yet mature or maybe no robust branding initiative yet in place. Employer branding must be an initiative that comes from Corporate so that there is one clear message and not individual countries or businesses trying to come up with their own branding.

      Pros

      Great experience with amazing people who are passionate about improving healthcare to save lives. I was given a huge amount of responsibility and thoroughly enjoyed coming to work everyday. Highly recommend the company.

      Cons

      Honestly there were very few negatives. Only that as with any dynamic business environment some days are busier than others and the workload is never the same. I actually think this is more of a positive but some people may not see it in this way.
