Random Job Forced Rotation. Every single inside support team required to update their resume and go through two internal interview process to be forced to change department without adjusted compensation or title change.

The coworkers are nice, but that's where it ends.

Cons

Typical asian company, all you do is work with zero payoffs, little to no raises, no growth, no training, zero SOP, no real decision making from local managers everything is dictated by the main Taipei headquarters.
