Nice coworkers and a good team, we are like family and care each other. Nice location which won't take too long time on the trip to the office.

1)Difficult product to promote and understand. 2)Need to improve production quality and provide more training on production people. 3)Need more marketing exposure on Server products

Management is often times hands-off... lots of ways to involve yourself at every level in the company. It's a good start to get your feet wet in the tech industry.

Cons

There is very little room for growth. Some positions are given out based on seniority, relevant experience is appreciated but not compensated.
