- Don't get to learn all aspects of the business. Some people don't disclose business logic or their work flow. - Inter and intra departmental conflicts - Your opinions or suggestions won't be taken seriously. Only certain individuals are trusted. - Work Saturdays - Very low pay. Very low raise and bonus.
