I have been working for MSI for solid 15 years. Started as product planner, then buyer, Senior Buyer and now assisting in leading one of the biggest product line of MSI. Various opportunities which were presented to me all though these years has kept me engaged, provided growth and enjoyed working here at MSI with multi-cultural colleagues. Being an entrepreneur is heart of MSI culture. Leadership team gives lot of authority to make individual decisions weather you are in products, sales, accounting or logistics. MSI has been growing since its inception and valuing employees is very important to grow the company and that is why they have not laid off or furloughed any employees during the great recession of 2008 or during COVID pandemic. If you are looking for growth and stability MSI is right company for you, but at the same time, lot of hard work and being smart is valued at MSI. MSI has strong leadership team, very good financial background and family owned company. So all the decisions are made very fast with less bureaucracy. Further MSI also gives back to the community and has a very well thought our approach. Just recently we were all involved in team based activity where we packed thousands of meal packets underprivileged kids. Not only that MSI donated hundreds of laptop for the education of Employee’s children who are stuck at home and not able to connect through their class rooms. Overall MSI is moving in right direction and will grow for many more years to come.

Group meetings the open door policy with upper management is great. The people are really nice and helpful.
