Members are extremely rude They don't give you enough training Management says they will help you but when you ask for help they are no where to be found or don't have the answers Back to Back calls Very high call volume 100+ calls a day!

Pto is terrible they even made adjustments to include more for the new year and for 8 months had the wrong accrual rate even though they claimed it was adjusted, and fixed it wasn’t. Don’t have a voice or stand up for your rights or beliefs they will find some way to get you out of there or write you up for absolutely nothing even if you constantly go above and beyond. Be prepared to do the same trainings multiple times but never be fully trained for the actual position you were hired for. They don’t stand on anything in the SOP so consider that a joke they will tell you we stand as a united front so good luck trying to report anything to management. Prepare for never ending software issues that will somehow become your issue as well.
