Pretty good pay and room for advancement

Cons

As long as you join one of the cliques you are fine. But if you are an outsider you get targetes. There is more drama than high school. It’s a real mood killer. And management won’t do anything because they’re the leader of the cliques.

Watch Out They are on a Firing Spree Again

Benefits were good and improving

Cons

Though things seem to be improving at times, it is not worth it if there is no job security at all. I have witnessed numerous people being fired. Isn't just one here or there. When they start it's a lot of people. Rumor is they are on cost containment. Then they start hiring again.

Fun laid back environment

Favoritism all the way...your hard work won't be recognized and you wont be considered for a promotion unless you personally hang out with management..or is one of their favorites...attendance policy sucks with the point system...leaving no room for error..a lot of work for a low wage..emoloyees are not professional at all
