Pros

-always someone there to give assistance with any issues -remote availability -decent pay -lots of OT available!

Cons

-inbound calls -some ccr's tell members one thing, other ccr's another= annoyed member - being remote makes it hard to socialize and have comradery with team; you will only talk to health care members 99% of the time, good or bad mood.

MTM is a motivated and forward thinking organization with its eyes on the future. It cares about its people and offers a highly competitive benefits package and great opportunities for growth within. Everyone here is approachable and maintains a positive "can do" attitude. I have not been this happy in a company in years!

Cons

We have a tough job to do and this means that we often have to pull together to accomplish our goals. We've been implementing a lot of new technology, so that in itself will present some day to day woes and headaches, but these woes and headaches are an investment in our future.
