Pros
The pros of working with this company is you are trusted to work independently without being micromanaged, great benefits, great co workers, very big on inclusion and great work life balance.
Cons
The cons working here are there is a lot of downtime they send you home early and you choose to use pto or unpaid, we are seeing less people each day prior to Covid we use to see 9-10 people each, but now its between 1-5 people each. There have been no bonuses in 2 years, which also caused moral to go down. Because of the slow pace work environment we are not seeing a lot of people which causes us to get pennies on the dollar as a raise.
