Pros

I have been with MTM for almost five years. I never expected this company to allow me the opportunities it has. It's a wonderful place to work with a culture unlike any other. My department is filled with driven people who have the same expectation of the quality of work we should produce. The employees are enjoyable and easy to get along with. Excited to see what the years ahead can bring with such a great company!

Pros

Working with team members and leadership at MTM gives a sense of family and community. There is also freedom and empowerment to voice opinions. MTM offers great benefits, employees perks and goes above and beyond to recognize their hard working employees. MTM is a place I've always felt safe and welcomed.

Cons

We are a fast paced company that is always growing. You have to be open for constant change.

Cons

I think people should know that we are a very innovative company which mean fast paced and always changing, I would not consider this a con but same who are uncomfortable with change might.
