Good people with a relaxed workplace. Flexible schedule if your work is completed.

Cons

Minimal supervision in a very tough industry to understand. No formal training only what you get from your peers.To much work about work. Directors just want to look good for C Levels with plenty of smoke and mirrors

Pros

Up until I was laid off Monday, it seemed like things were going to get better with finances. The benefits were good and we had a lot of good growht and news stories about new business. Worked w/ a lot of good people who cared about the members..

Cons

50 or so employees were just let go, so the company isn't doing well despite continuing to grow and even building a new building at one location. Poor leadership, financial decisions and nepotism all over. Dont come to work here unless your okay with working hard and seeing people who work maybe once a month not get laid off.
