Compensated fairly. Opportunity for advancement. 401k plan above average opportunity for time off/vacation (3 weeks)

Cons

When the insurance changes in 2019 to a health savings plan only. I am devastated and do not know if I will be able to continue employment due to the poor health insurance choices. -Management can use more training on how to handle difficult situations as well as confronting insubordinate employees. Also making sure there is enough support and leadership at all MTM.Inc sites. There may be great leadership in San Diego, but may need a strong leader in DC.

Pros

MTM posts its 5 Core Values on the website and lives them from the top to the bottom. Lots of companies post these, but once you work there you find they sound good, but are not followed. That's not the case at MTM. It helps to make it an awesome company for which to work. Everyone is friendly and helpful and it's very easy to reach out to people in company that you've never even met and get quick and helpful answers.

Cons

The company is so varied that at times it can be hard to connect what corporate is doing (as far as direction) to our local operation.
