      Beware of firing practices

      Pros

      Pay was good, location a plus, and most employees in the company were a pleasure to work with while a MTM employee.

      Cons

      I would call into question many standards this company decides to enforce on who they hold accountable and easily will look the other way for friends and family working at MTM or Ride Right. Company lacks a strict governance and compliance program. Company denies they have annual layouts, but I was one in a wave of "let go or firings that has a history of happening annual - 20+ people dismissed." Stay away from them, no real future at MTM/Ride Right?
