      Pros

      Excellent co-workers, caring atmosphere and top notch upper management that shows appreciation to all employees. The benefits are great and the chance to move up and expand in the company is amazing!

      Cons

      There is not much I have when it comes to cons for this company. I have the hours that work for my schedule and I can work from home. The only con I can think of is not being able to meet in the office due to COVID.

      Pros

      MTM has been very responsive to the needs of work during the pandemic. I have been impressed with how quickly they moved everyone to home to work and kept everyone engaged. The work teams have been very productive and the tech provided has worked well during Covid, allowing us to keep serving the people who need our services. They really care to keep our team together and employed during very scary times!

      Cons

      Current pay freeze, but understandable given the market situation with the pandemic. It's more important that we've kept our teams together during all this!
