I have worked for MTM for 4 years and love it. The environment is like a home away from home. The company is very family friendly, has great benefits and management who cares. If you like to work hard and feel rewarded this is the place for you!

Cons

Only downside is I have to work out from all the food brought into the office.

Where to even begin! I have been a Supervisor here at MTM for a little over a year. I have to say that it was absolutely the best career move I could have ever made. Here are just some of the perks/pros about working for MTM: - Positive culture/morale - Constantly growing and adding contracts. - Paid Days off, including your birthday. -Excellent schedules and shift bid opportunities. -Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, Amazing 401k -Opportunity to advance within or even in other states! -Fun & Exciting events throughout the year in our Contact Center. - A management group and staff close knit like family. -We get to build wonderful relationships with our sister Contact Centers all around the country! The most rewarding part of any position at MTM is the fact that you have such a rewarding and positive impact on our members throughout the country. We deliver the best value by working together to meet our members needs in an efficient, respectful manner while showing our members that we have the most elite integrity there is in a company. As you can tell, I am #MTMproud and #MTMPulaskiproud.

Cons

The only "con" that I can think of is that there is not enough time in the day to spend with each one of our amazing staff members. Other than that, the word "con" should not be associated with MTM.
