      Competitive salary, average benefits package. Good work environment, and an enjoyable company culture. On-boarding and management training process allowed for domestic travel in the US.

      Cons

      Would appear that the geographic market they were looking to grow and expand in wasn’t researched properly. Business model was not sustainable based on their core competency.

      Leadership truly cares about their employees and are understanding of working parents. You get to be part of doing something really important for those that need support.

      Cons

      It's never easy balancing doing what's right for those that truly need help without excessive bureaucracy while effectively mitigating fraudulent and abusive usage of publicly funded services Big vision, big objectives and somewhat unrealistic expectations of what it will take to get it done right
