      Pros

      MTM is a competitive yet comfortable place to work at. Executive team is very supportive and front line staff are motivated. Work can come fast and be overwhelming at times but it is important to take it one day at a time.

      Cons

      Sometimes multiple department ask you to perform major projects or tasks with around the same due date. It sometimes feels that there isnt a communication established for that and it can get overwhelming.

      no vacation leave no sick leave only 5 hours PTO bi weekly hard to take off Most sups do not care about their employees
