      Benefits, room to grow if you work hard, behave professionally, and show initiative and genuine care for members we service

      Cons

      Technology and computer systems lag, constant changes to rules/protocols making it hard to keep up with current procedures, each call center has different customs when we are one company, lack of respect and working as a team between various departments

      Restructuring Nightmare

      Pros

      Most employers are cool to work with. And really try to put the company first. Even during adversity from unnecessary changes.

      Cons

      Restructuring again has caused many issues and departments are lost. Most, not all directors and Managers are clueless and have absolute favoritism. Those that have been there for years continue to be under utilized with the talents they have and will soon all leave to find better paying jobs and structure without a constant fear of is this the day we make cuts again.
