Compensated fairly. Opportunity for advancement. 401k plan above average opportunity for time off/vacation (3 weeks)

Cons

When the insurance changes in 2019 to a health savings plan only. I am devastated and do not know if I will be able to continue employment due to the poor health insurance choices. -Management can use more training on how to handle difficult situations as well as confronting insubordinate employees. Also making sure there is enough support and leadership at all MTM.Inc sites. There may be great leadership in San Diego, but may need a strong leader in DC.

Great entry level job in the Healthcare industry!

Pros

Better pay than most call centers. Workload based off of personal comfort level. Paid paternity/maternity leave. More PTO/days off than most other jobs

Cons

Scheduling/shift leniency. CCR does the same work that upper departments are supposed to do without pay differentials (looks good to management though)
