MTM is being led by a strong group of innovative, proactive & humble individuals. I am grateful to be able to work for such an organization. They are family oriented and focus greatly on wellness, both physical and mental. I am honored to grow with this company and excited for what the future holds for MTM.

Cons

I believe every company has areas of improvement. However, with MTM, they quickly identify the areas and collaborate to find a solution.

Pros

-Innovative and Collaborative teams -Opportunity for growth and development -Wellness: Onsite gym with Fitness on Demand, Healthy Marketplace, fitness challenges -Participation in Community Service events such as Pedal the Cause, American Heart Walk, Habitat for Humanity etc. -Great work/life balance: employees are encouraged to take PTO, Summer work schedules opportunities available - Updated work spaces -Overall feel of the company: close knit, family oriented, truly care, work hard/play hard mentality, forward thinking, open to ideas from all levels.

Cons

Location is a bit far but on the bright side it is refreshing to see that the building is in a natural setting versus surrounded by a city/buildings.
