      the only pro is the pay and the job being WFH

      Cons

      the supervisor don't really pay attention or help and when they make a mistake they take it out on the team. They will also try to call you into a meeting while you're on the calls with the customers. No way to climb the corporate ladder. They never take accountability when their equipment fails.
