Company is growing and new opportunities are abundant Technologically advanced with modern hardware and user friendly applications New and advanced training programs established for all departments Hard working people that continuously strive to reach goals and objectives Ability to advance and provide opportunities to all employees Great working environment and benefits (especially PTO) Flexible and family-oriented Supportive of individual goals and recognizes those achievements accordingly

Cons

Parking can be challenging, especially if you leave for lunch, however this is due to MTM's incredible growth!

Pros

Family owned, private company with tremendous growth. Progressive management philosophy and dynamic organization with tremendous upside. New management members in senior and 2nd line management are really making positive impact. CEO is a visionary. The company is growing and will probably double in size in less than 2 years.

Cons

Some legacy processes get in the way, but steps to change are underway. So many opportunities and growth simply don't leave enough time to get everything done. But definitely improving.
