      Pros

      I guess if your looking for something remote it might be for you.

      Cons

      *Poor management . Supervisor are not knowledgeable enough to support the ccr. *Rude customers *Not organized enough with the training, it’s On demand training for the plans. *Forced OT *The $15 for remote is not enough *The monthly management forms you fill out every month and don’t actually meet with your supervisors its ridiculous .

      There are not really many pros I can think of, if any.

      Management Training Compensation Benefits Company culture Diversity Fairness The company likes to hire their family members and fire good employees. If I could choose less than one star, I would.

      Poor leadership & little work-life balance

      Pros

      Pay was good and co-workers/team members were talented and willing to jump in and help.

      Cons

      Work planning and prioritization didn't go beyond 5 minutes into the future which is why coworkers always had to jump in and help. This type of environment made it difficult to take time off. People on PTO were still expected to be available. Management would not hesitate to contact people on PTO.
