      Pros

      they treat you like family and they will put you in training to see you do your best. Co-workers are friendly and they are there to help.

      Cons

      you can't complain to your direct supervisor as they sweep everything under the rug. The pay is nowhere near what other companies are paying.

      Management Treatment of their staff Salary cuts for all staff...except owners and CEO Selfish... expectation is your family comes dead last...work or be fired... and you will like it
