Starting pay is good for new employees

Cons

Healrh insurance is unaffordable if you use any tpe od tobacco. Poor communication . No separation of departments or ability to grow in the company . Corporate is not at all knowledgeable about the work some employees do. They want everything streamlined but that is not possible with the work that some employees do yet receive no monetary benefits

Pros

Working with team members and leadership at MTM gives a sense of family and community. There is also freedom and empowerment to voice opinions. MTM offers great benefits, employees perks and goes above and beyond to recognize their hard working employees. MTM is a place I've always felt safe and welcomed.

Cons

We are a fast paced company that is always growing. You have to be open for constant change.

Pros

Awesome company culture with lots of fun employee engagement activities such as pot luck lunches, Spirit Week, and Team Building activities. Fun co-workers and encouraging/supportive management. The company encourages and rewards hard work. Good work/life balance.
