      Pros

      Hiring was 11. Now it's 12.50, generally busy so you aren't bored sitting there. Not many pros company wants to be more professional than they actually are.

      Cons

      Horrible hours if you haven't been there over 6 months, no over time available generally, must stay in customer service for 6 months minimum to promote from within.

      While you are employed, MTM offers many things to their employees and appear to treat you like family.

      Cons

      You may make yourself invaluable to MTM, but you are just a number and very expendable.
