MTM was/is interested in workplace equality - they were conscientious about treating their employees well and they made a number of efforts to accomplish that. The pay was fair and the sense of purpose was evident. I enjoyed my co-workers a lot. The work was very challenging at times but people were respectful to each other at our location.

Cons

Some infrastructure needed upgrading, particularly the software. I understand that the operational structure has changed post-covid. Hopefully other things have, too.
