The pay, some friendly coworkers

- Angry customers (because here at mtm, nobody knows what accountability is! especially when it comes to leaving members stranded, or their trip being entered wrong. Places like this are why brokered NEMT won’t be around for long. ) -The orc line is pointless. Half the time y’all don’t answer, or you’re just not helpful at all.

Cons

Fast growing company so there is a lot of work and not enough people. A lot of projects moving at once so it is challenging to move projects forward through conflicting priorities.
