      Pros

      some decent and hard working coworkers, good service and product on paper

      Cons

      very poor hiring choices with many of the vice presidents and directors, many poor promotional choices at management level, the employees that deserve acknowledgment for their hard work are overlooked while the higher ups get the credit, quick to point fingers and discipline without getting the whole story, slow to discipline employees for poor performance or behavior, inconsistent and unfair human resources department, very fake employee relations
