work from home, self-motivated, full benefits

Cons

Don't do 3rd shift, any other shift can pass off calls to dispatch if can't find a tp, but on 3rd shift u have only 1-call resolution, cant hang up but will b stuck on call if still cant find ride. Stuck on call but will be reprimanded 4 being on call 2 long, not able to hang up, just stuck
