people are generally nice the pay is ok compared to market rates acceptable medical benefits working hour is reasonable but depending on your position, some could be busy and need many OT

big company, need efforts to drive cross department work not much pay increase every year, no pay adjustment against your efforts or performance quite hierarchical

Poor senior management makes the company depreciating and very limited progression opportunity for youngsters and people that are not close friend with seniors.
