Pros

At least 14 months salary with free MTR transport fee. Medical welfare is good. Not high salary and few chance to be promoted.

Cons

People in MTR is aiming at hiding problem instead of dealing with it. The management grade always promote new rules which is actually increasing lower grade staff workload instead of helping them.
