      Pros

      The Best at what we do but that is slipping away.

      Cons

      The benefits have become burdens, Employees are Subsidizing the CEO's goals. They no longer listen to what the employees have to say. Customers are very unhappy with the way MTS is running now compared to 5 years ago.

      Pros

      Many loyal employees who truly care about the customer experience and building great products. The sales pipeline is strong.

      Cons

      Upper management only focuses on quarterly results vs. a 5 year outlook. Depending on the department, the organizational culture can sometimes be toxic. The company needs to continue investing in process improvements as process is lacking.
