Worst mgmt team I have ever worked with. Constant change in mgmt. No one knows which way to go or what to do. Nothing is ever allowed to get finished.

Nice place to work, but clearly has a problem with aging workforce. Needs to restructure soon to stay competitive.

Pros

The people at MTS are extremely qualified in their respective positions. Many people have advanced degrees and many years of experience. Four day work weeks in the summer are nice as well.

Cons

MTS is investing too much in the stagnant testing systems division. They should be reallocating capital to the more profitable sensors division, especially with the growing trends of big data and internet of things.

Intereesting work and good products.

Cons

Dealing with the continuing corporate shuffle is terrible. The goal here seems to be, add more management and squeeze the workers for their bonuses.
