      Management changes constantly. Thus they have no idea who you are or what you are capable of.

      401 k match, stock plans, and some work like flexibility at times.

      Cons

      Poor management in so many departments. I have been on multiple phone calls and room meetings where people yell at each other. Never worked at a place like this. Not a place that is willing to think outside of the box or try something new. Stuck in the old ways.
