      Great company but has it's growing pains

      Pros

      100% Employee-Owned is great. Access to leadership. Opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Need to stop being so scared of getting rid of those in middle management positions causing friction. HR doesn't usually assist with employee relations issues no matter how many times you bring them up. They are more okay with great people leaving than addressing the most obvious issues within some teams.

      #1 core value is "employees come first" and MTSI definitely lives by that! This company really makes you feel valued and supports career advancement by offering and paying for continued education. Benefits and work life balance are amazing. Employee owners are updated on the state of the company and strategic vision as we grow.

      Needs to work on developing set processes as we grow.
