      Pros

      High emphasis on employee happiness. First company core value is "Employees come first." Very good benefits, such as an employee stock ownership plan. Career growth and leadership opportunities.

      Cons

      As the company successfully grows it struggles to maintain the identity of a smaller company and maintain its original values.

      Pros

      The work-life balance is amazing, the upper management is the best I've had in all of my years of working, and the pay is higher than a lot of the competition. I truly feel like I've hit the jackpot!

      Small company which provides excellent flexibility and minimized redundancies in unneeded processes. Excellent top notch pay, 6% match 401k, bonuses, and ESOP. Health benefits and perks excellent.

      Mostly Engineering service company for DoD makes it difficult to move up within the company and slightly difficult in moving up within a position defined by the DoD
