- Very good salary - People really do come first - ESOP is fantastic - Your peers value what you bring to the table - They want you to succeed personally and professionally

Cons

- They sometimes keep people around who are very abrasive and tough to work with because of the history those people have on a contract

Cons

Career opportunities limited to what contracts are awarded and what vacancies exist on them. Salary not keeping up with competitors or civil servants. ESOP offsetting that for now, but it's hard to imagine that recent year stock price gains are sustainable.
