Employee-owned company, great pay, amazing leadership, and so much room for growth. I have only been with this company for less than a year and they have already given me opportunities that would likely take years elsewhere. Opportunity is based on merit. If you want it and you earn it, your length of employment isn't a disqualifying factor.
