Pros

A great bank to work for. You are respected, supported and work around great people. Good work life balance compared to other investment banks.

Cons

Lots of decisions made in Japan, but this is slowly changing with more power given to London. For those at the bank for sometime compensation is below market. Those entering the bank are being paid market rate.
