Absolute Garbage Senior Management and Leadership! Talk about cronyism and biased treatment. Glad I no longer work in this poop hole. The Chief Audit Executive DD and Deputy DH seem like they are on crack cocaine.

Found a few good folks here. If you find a good team then life can be a bit easier.

Cons

Terrible upper management practices. Poor communication around strategic initiatives. Colleagues finding ways to sabotage careers. Emotional abuse is an everyday occurrence. Walking on eggshells is the only way to preserve relationships and protect your reputation. If you can appeal to the masses by committing to the echo chamber, there may be a bit of success to be found here. Put differently, innovation comes to MUFG to be laid to rest.
