Pros

Until toward the end, my manager provided many opportunities to contribute to and advance the goals of the company.

Cons

Because of senior management issues, people started to leave. My manage was one of them. I had an accommodation to allow me to work in spite of my disability. Once my manage left, they ignored that accommodation and did their best to make my job there intolerable. I persisted, taking what they dished out. They finally let me go. No two week notice, no severance payment.

Pros

Generous vacation time; some talented people in pockets of the organization; very many wonderful people throughout the organization. The executive leadership team seems to have a vision on where they want the company to go, but it will be a challenge to get there.

Cons

The IT department is a mess. Most of the leadership/management team is unqualified, but oddly confident (ignorance is bliss). The processes are outdated and suffocating. There seem to be more people watching than doing. If you try to help someone out with a task you will very likely get in trouble for doing something that isn't your role. People are constantly throwing up hurdles instead of solving problems. No accountability. No urgency. Little professionalism.
