Good benefits, schedule flexibility, work quality, accountability and follow up, Genuine, caring management, lovely compensation packages, much respect and appreciation demonstrated for employees and their dedication

Cons

some tendency to play favorites, being in the middle of a merger doesnt help as alot of the jobs are being moved to other locations

Garage Parking Gym Some small pockets are trying to make a difference.

Overworked Underpaid You have to save every email in order to defend yourself on issues you DO hear, the rest is done behind your back without the opportunity to defend yourself. Morale in IT is at a all time low, at all offices. Old thinking in modern times, with lip service, only to turn around and stab ya in the back. BEWARE!!!!!! As soon as anyone gets an offer they leave, running!!!!!
