Pros

Communication! The apps this company has are awesome. Communication is so easy and not having to constantly be on the phone to talk to everyone or leaving tons of voice-mails is such a bonus! They're constantly improving on the apps too!!

Cons

The only downside I can really think of at this time is that they don't have enough properties in my area yet so my work is limited and I'm only part time at the moment!!! So if you want to rent your property let MYND do it.
