Pros

Mynd is poised to become a category defining company. Best team in the industry, great business momentum and incredible secular trends. As they say with rocket ships, just get in, any seat, and buckle up for the ride to the skies

Cons

Mynd has a global approach to talent, which is great (Mynd has talent from over 50 countries). While that is awesome (finding the best wherever they might be), it does mean you need to be comfortable working asynchronously sometimes and embracing virtual / remote work
