Pros

Product, process, team support and great tools

Cons

Things happening too fast sometimes. Tendency to use existing vendors even if the prices are too high instead of finding more vendors to give us a larger base to chose from.

Pros

At times it feels cool to work for a startup company. There's free lunch at the Oakland office and exceptionally loud club music. Most employees consider it a bribe for being overworked and underpaid. The company looks extremely manicured and buttoned up from the outside. Once your hired is when they switch it all up, triple your workload and offer no additional pay while issuing endless promises.

Cons

Where to start? Pay increases are a joke and this company strings employees along by promising stock options after 1 year of employment. 99% of employees don't last a fraction of that time (#high-turnover) This place seems to reward the stupid. Incompetence is praised along with passive-aggressive behavior and being a d-bag. Most employees live paycheck-to-paycheck all the while the founders and upper Management issue pointless monthly meetings that never tackle employment misery and discomfort by skating around real issues and keeping their heads in the clouds. The company lives by the theory "do what we say and not what we do" and "fake it until you make it" seems to be the running employee mantra. There is zero training and zero accountability. It's literally the blind leading the blind as everyone scavenges for sanity within an abyss of paperwork and confusion. Work-life balance is unheard of within this pathetic excuse for a company. Expect to be contacted (using the company's faulty portal) all throughout the night, weekends and holidays by people that get paid more than you, have no lives and work around the clock with unrealistic expectations of persevering within a dead end company. They claim to want the opinions of their employees but should your's not line up with theirs, you're targeted and forced out or assigned so much work that you'll want to quit. Random emails from other departments or overseas employees that request a task or case be completed with no type of direction, thought or explanation. Company credit cards getting declined!!! How embarrassing. Supervisors that praise your work within a team meeting just to save face only to berate you in private and crack the whip for problems that existed before you even worked for the company during a 1 on 1. This company schedules meetings simply to plan more meetings all while wondering why crap never gets done and things continue to fall between the cracks. One can only envision the good, hardworking people this place will continue to lose by not valuing their employees and not remaining true to the owners, tenants and most importantly their company motto: Be "myndful" ---- hahaha. Not even. More like, "BE MISERABLE"!
