Cons

Not all team members have the same understanding and often feel like we can’t make decisions to help our clients.

Top level leadership was terrible. No communication across departments. Constant lies, typical corporation. Most are are a number, not a person.

The company treats it's employees great - fully remote if you prefer, good benefits, reasonable work life balance. Property management at scale is a really complex solution that we're trying to create which comes with many growing pains (ie. layoffs, increased workload, changes in leadership). If you want a secure 9-5 where you punch a clock not the place. If you want to be challenged, and put yourself into uncomfortable scenarios it is. Just merged with Roofstock as well so exciting new transition with a lot of question marks but overall sentiment was it was a good move.

Cons

With so many people remote, the culture gets lost a little. Property management specifically is a people business so sometimes this impacts our customers as well. There's an effort to get more back to office I hope it comes to fruition.
