      Fast paced work, lots of things to do, opportunities for extra hours

      Cons

      disorganized. Needs to hire more people...I think this company would be a lot better if you did and took the time to listen to employees advice or suggestions

      -An easy place to start out if you don’t have experience or training. -You'll get a basic sense of many aspects of the business. -Exposure to the changing landscape of a highly visible neighborhood in a major city.

      Cons

      -Much like working at a fast casual restaurant chain. If that’s your background and you need a job, vaya con Dios. If you’re being talked into this company as one that’s dynamic and full of growth potential where you’ll be supported and advance, don’t waste your time. -Training? What training? You’ll need to figure everything out on your own in order to be successful. That means you’re probably sharp enough to get a better job.

      - Good benefits for full-time employees - Good atmosphere in departments - Management is always trying to learn, always striving to be better

      Cons

      - Communication between departments is lacking - Working over-time is common - Raises not given when deserved - Hiring outside of company a lot-- hires outside of company make MUCH more than people who have shown their merit and moved up the ranks - Higher management is very removed
